Dr. Camacho, born and raised in the Dominican Republic, is a board-certified pediatrician who has practiced medicine for the past thirty years. A graduate of the Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo in 1980, Dr. Camacho completed his residency at Bayamon Regional Hospital in 1985. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1974 and did a one year rotating internship at Mayaguez Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association. Dr. Camacho was also on active duty in the US Army during the “Operation Just Cause” Panama Crisis as well as Operation Desert Storm during the Gulf War.
Trustworthy and knowledgeable, Dr. Camacho strives to be an easily approachable, communicative pediatrician dedicated to providing comprehensive and informative care to his patients. He is fluent in English and Spanish. In his spare time, Dr. Camacho enjoys spending time with his family, latin dancing, listening to music of all genres and takes pride in taking care of his salt water aquarium.
